Aparentemente a passagem para a Alpha3 pode necessitar de alguns passos mais cuidados, segundo um user no XDA:

However, I always thought I had perfectly clean installs, apparently not because this time something was blocking me. From now on I'll do all the steps above when I install a new rom. So for everyone else: to ensure you have the best experience, follow all the skips above and don't skip any. You might be having bugs because of your unclean install, not so much it being a rom bug.

Já era suposto fazer-se isso sempre que se instala uma rom nova no folio.

Era suposto mas quando indaguei por aqui se para novas actualizações seria saltar as acções do fastboot e cumprir os restantes passos indicaram que sim... :whistle: Entre isso e estes passo ainda vai uma diferença... :pinch:

ajuda, na instalação da rom, ao  aumentar o volume yes não entra no modo recovery e dame um erro em letras vermelhas. já não sei o k fazer. desde já obrigado pela atenção. dá critical failure: unable to start kernel.
